Timber Framing

first two bents of a timber frame
working on the other two now

no power tools for our bents

its worked for how many hundreds
or even thousands of years
and although complicated at first
its really simple

Mortise Tenon etc.
but all the same language

we're making it for a local wood worker
with a
wall full of jigs

one hand scratches the other.
